Material for weaving stainless steel wire mesh ( wire
cloth ) is divided into Type 304, Type 304 L, Type
316 and Type 316 L. Type 304 is often referred to
as "18-8" ( 18% chromium, 8% nickel ) with
the basic stainless alloy mostly commonly, utilized
for wire cloth weaving. It withstands outdoor exposure
without rusting and resists oxidation at an elevated
temperature up to 1400 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Brass Wire Mesh
Variety: Brass wire mesh, phosphor bronze wire mesh, copper wire mesh
Material: Brass wire, phosphor bronze wire, copper wire
Use: In sifting of particles, powder,clay, glass, ceramics printing, filtering of liquid or gas.
Specification: Brass wire mesh from 1mesh/inch to 200mesh/inch; copper wire mesh from 1mesh/inch to 80mesh/inch; phosphor bronze wire mesh from 1mesh/inch to 400mesh/inch.

 Peace Wire Mesh Works produces phosphor bronze wire mesh (cloth), in width from 0.6m to 1.3m, in length from 15m to 100m.
Phosphor bronze is an alloy of tin, phosphorous and copper; it is corrosion, wear and tear resistant, but it is not suitable for exposure to hydrochloric acid or strong oxidizing agents.
Brass and phosphor bronze are frequently used in sieving diversified pellet, powder, porcelain clay and glass, chinaware printing, filtering liquid and gas.
We supply phosphor bronze wire mesh from 6-500mesh in standard specification as follows. Custom order is also available.
